Remove Clutch noise Damper,as shown below.

Don't mind the Oil.

Ok,next idea:shift drum is good for another 180 gr.Take some drills and start,i made this,took patience,but in the end you know,what you've done.

Front axle:chose 7075 T6,wall-thickness 4.5mm,just copy stock axle.Guess150 gr less.

A btw.weight lose:a Öhlins-shock,you save 600 gr (1.3 lbs).
